Employment Based Visas

Work and Live Legally in the United States

The Law Office of Ian Rochstein helps companies sponsor their employees for employment based visas.

If you have the right combination of skills, education, and/or work experience, you may be able to live and work in the United States by seeking an employment-based visa.

Helping companies and employees

There are a variety of circumstances under which employers can engage foreign nationals to work in the United States on a temporary or permanent basis. Foreign nationals who are not citizens or permanent residents must first obtain authorization to work in the U.S. pursuant to nonimmigrant or immigrant visas. Nonimmigrant visas confer temporary status and work authorization; immigrant visas grant permanent residency status.
